Welcome to DXB Greet & Go. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services and website (www.dxbgreetandgo.ae), including the DXB Greet & Go dashboard, mobile app, and on-site support services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • "We," "Us," "Our" refer to DXB Greet & Go, a division of VALTRANS Group
  • "You," "Your" refer to the registered business, including its employees, agents, or drivers.
  • "Platform" includes our website, dashboard, mobile app, and any related services.

2. Eligibility

Use of the platform is restricted to registered and approved businesses such as:

  • Licensed hotels
  • Limousine and transport companies
  • Tour operators with a valid UAE trade license

All applications are subject to verification and approval by DXB Greet & Go.

3. Business Registration and Account

  • Businesses must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information during registration.
  • The business name provided must match the name on the submitted trade license.
  • We reserve the right to reject applications where discrepancies exist or additional verification is required. In such cases, applicants will receive a rejection notice with a link to upload supplementary documentation.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

4. Driver and Vehicle Management

  • Registered businesses are solely responsible for the proper registration, assignment, and conduct of their drivers and vehicles.
  • All drivers must comply with UAE traffic laws and airport regulations.
  • Failure by drivers to appear on time or act professionally may result in fallback measures and applicable charges (see Section 6).

5. Use of Services

  • DXB Greet & Go facilitates the organized coordination of guest pickups at Dubai International Airport Terminal 3.
  • Upon arrival, guests scan a designated QR code at the DXB Greet & Go kiosk to receive driver and vehicle information.
  • Our on-site team will then personally escort guests to their assigned vehicles.
  • A seamless experience is contingent on timely and accurate driver assignments.
  • For group bookings, a single QR code may be used for all guests under the same booking to streamline reception and coordination.

6. Delays and Backup Transport

  • In the event of driver no-show or significant delay, DXB Greet & Go reserves the right to allocate a VALTRANS limousine to complete the pickup.
  • The cost of this backup arrangement will be automatically deducted from your business's eWallet balance.
  • This ensures that guest experience remains uninterrupted and professionally managed.

7. Payments and eWallet

  • A minimum top-up of AED 1,000 is required to activate and maintain service eligibility.
  • Upon booking a guest pickup, the estimated fare (based on the entered drop-off address) is held but not deducted.
  • eWallet is charged immediately after the booking is made. Amount will be refunded or differ subject to any changes that are made on the booking.
  • If the drop-off location is modified prior to trip completion, the final fare will reflect the actual destination.
  • Businesses must ensure sufficient wallet balance is maintained to avoid service disruption.

8. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Cancellation of bookings or driver no-shows may incur penalties or full service charges.
  • DXB Greet & Go reserves the right to determine applicable fees based on the timing and operational impact.
  • All bookings should be placed at least 24 to 48 hours in advance of guest arrival.
  • Last-minute bookings are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
  • In case of guest or driver no-show without prior cancellation, the full service fee will still be deducted.
  • Refunds will not be issued for missed pickups, completed bookings, or rejections due to guest count limits.

9. Booking Options

  • Businesses may book guest pickups using:
    • Their in-house fleet
    • VALTRANS limousine service
    • An approved third-party limousine provider
  • The complete and accurate drop-off address must be entered upon booking.
  • Bookings may be updated before trip completion. Charges will be calculated based on the final confirmed destination.

10. Guest Booking Tiers and Service Fees

To maintain operational efficiency and guest experience, DXB Greet & Go applies tiered booking options based on the number of guests per booking:

  • Individual Booking
    • Guest Limit: Up to 7 guests
    • Service Fee: AED 30
    • Note: The system will not allow booking of 8 or more guests under this category. For 8 or more, please use Small Group Booking.
  • Small Group Booking
    • Guest Limit: 8 to 25 guests
    • Service Fee: AED 40
    • Note: The system will not allow booking of more than 25 guests under this category. For 26 or more, please use Large Group Booking.
  • Large Group Booking
    • Guest Limit: 26 to 50 guests
    • Service Fee: AED 50
    • Note: The system will not allow booking of more than 50 guests under this category. For 51 or more, multiple bookings must be made based on actual guest count.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • DXB Greet & Go is not liable for delays caused by third parties, flight changes, force majeure events, or user error.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or availability, though we aim for high reliability.

12. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at our discretion, especially for breach of these Terms, misuse, or non-payment.
  • You may also request account termination at any time, subject to settlement of any outstanding dues.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or website notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
